Batumi weather in June

Last year we vacationed with a large group of colleagues in Batumi. I thought it would be hotter. The weather during the day was warm, sunny, without precipitation, and calm, but the temperature was more like the end of spring in a temperate climate. And the nights were generally quite cold. One time we went for a walk around the city at night, and I really regretted that I didn’t take a windbreaker with me. The water in the sea was also not very warm, although some of our group did not want to swim, while others still went to the beach. In general, the weather is not bad for excursions, but a little cold for a beach holiday.

We visited Batumi to relax and explore local attractions. The weather in the first half of June was 21 - 23 degrees, I like warmer summers. Sometimes it was cloudy and raining. There weren't many people on the beach, we sunbathed, but didn't swim in the sea, the water was cold 21 degrees. There are mountains nearby and the air was clean; on excursion walks you could breathe very easily. If you are interested in a purely beach holiday, it is better to choose other destinations this month.
