Cuba weather reviews

We had never been to Cuba before, and therefore had almost no expectations. But the Varadero resort really surprised our whole family. The weather was very warm, but not hot. When we read that the rainy season begins in May, we were worried whether this would interfere with our vacation, but it was rainy on one day, and the rest, we calmly swam in the sea, which here has simply incredible shades, and spent time on the wide beaches with light sand.

Last year I flew on vacation to Varadero. The vacation was in April, but despite this I spent most of the time on the beach. The weather on the island at this time of year is wonderful. It was warm and mostly sunny. It rained only once in three weeks. The island also has very beautiful nature and friendly people. The flow of tourists at this time is average and finding accommodation is not difficult. There are no problems with the flight either.

Last year in August I flew to Cuba on vacation. This is a beautiful island with amazing culture and nature. The climate in August is ideal for relaxation. The temperature during the day stays around 30 degrees, which allows you to spend a lot of time on the beach. There is practically no rain, it is sunny all the time. I advise you to take sunscreen with you to Cuba, as they have problems with this. There are no problems with the hotel, there is enough accommodation.

In the summer it rains here, and in the winter it’s just seasonal. In January, although it’s not particularly hot, the water is just great. It can be hotter here than the air temperature or about the same. On average, +25 degrees. In general, you won’t cool down much, but that’s not necessary, because... the heat is not very hot. And there are clouds. But there was no rain or wind here at all. In general, the holiday turned out to be simply magical. I directly recommend January if anyone has any doubts.

In April, my husband and I flew to Cayo Coco solely for the purpose of a relaxing beach holiday. The weather was sunny around 27°C, it rained only one day. The sandy beach on the island is simply amazing with a very beautiful view of the turquoise ocean. I swam with great pleasure, the water was clear and warm 28°C, I didn’t even want to go out. In general, the place is very beautiful and atmospheric, I hope to visit there again.

Last year I got a vacation in March and decided to fly to Cuba, or rather to Coyo Coco. The weather on the island at this time is simply wonderful. The days are warm and sunny, the nights are cool. Sometimes in the evening it may start to rain a little, which also affects the temperature drop at night. But during the day everything is fine, you can swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach. By the way, I advise you to take sunscreen with you, as this is a problem here.

Most of all I like to fly to warm countries in March, especially to Cuba. Winter is still raging here, vitamin deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, seasonal depression, and there the heat is almost 30 degrees and the sea is like fresh milk. There is almost no precipitation at this time, it is very dry, but for some reason you feel comfortable. There is a breeze, but not strong, the sea is without any waves, it’s pleasant to swim. And, by the way, their beaches are considered one of the cleanest in the world according to UNESCO.

We wanted to relax in Varadero for the New Year holidays, but trips were very expensive, so we went in February. The air temperature was 25-27 degrees, and the water 25°C. There were several cloudy and windy days, the ocean was a little stormy. But then the sun was shining again and we were relaxing on the beach. I enjoyed my vacation, I saw the beautiful ocean, got acquainted with unusual cuisine and good-natured locals.

Cayo Coco is one of the best tropical resorts in Cuba. And, probably, the best place with almost untouched nature that I have been to. Excellent for those who love hot climates and in winter try to go where it is warm and sunny. In February the average temperature is about 25 degrees. Even at night the temperature rarely drops below twenty. It rains often, but it is light and warm. A truly heavenly place.
