Alicante weather in May

In Alicante I spent a week alone with nature. I explored the nearby surroundings with great enthusiasm, fortunately the weather was favorable, 22C - 24C. While walking through Eret Park, I was caught in a downpour, but within an hour, the sun was peeking out from behind the clouds. The freshness and beauty is incredible. The sea is just starting to warm up in May, 20C, it’s more pleasant to admire than to swim. Days filled with warmth and sea breeze flew by unnoticed.

We arrived in Spain in the second half of May; frankly, we were lucky with the weather. Most days were cloudy, with occasional sunshine. A couple of days were rainy. The ambient temperature during the day did not exceed +24 at its maximum, and at night +18 degrees. The sea is still cool in May, in my opinion, but people swam. On average, the water reaches +19 degrees, since it was raining and there was no sun, I did not swim, I visited the indoor pool.
