I love warmth and there is plenty of it in Pattaya, as it turned out, even in abundance, the temperature is consistently no lower than +30 C. It would have been okay, but the picture of the resort town was spoiled by precipitation, and it reminded of itself with frequent frequency. And for a moment let’s imagine a mixture of heat and moisture. Of course, there is the sea, but even there the water breaks records, the same +30 C. Whether in the water or on land, there is no difference at all. These are the weather conditions in August.
I love traveling to hot tropical resorts. My friend and I went on vacation to Thailand, to the city of Pattaya. This is where my friend and I found out that it turns out that everyone perceives the weather quite differently. I liked the heat and high humidity at this resort. I wanted to walk a lot and explore many interesting tourist locations in the city, but my friend did not tolerate such weather very well and spent more time at the hotel during the day. But when one night there was a heavy tropical downpour and the heat subsided the next day, my friend liked this weather better. As for the water temperature, we were both very pleased. The water was incredibly warm, although after the rain it became a little cloudy.
I was on Samui for the first time, and by chance a trip to August turned up at a good price. The island greeted us with the sun peeking out from behind the clouds and a warmth of 32 C, but it felt more, apparently due to the humidity. The ocean was almost a bathtub 30 C, sometimes it was restless and exciting. One night there was a terrible downpour with the wind, and in the morning it was gone. The vacation was memorable for the sea of fruits, the mesmerizing ocean and the good-natured locals.
The month of May in Thailand is off-season, so our holiday in Phuket cost us relatively little. The weather was clear, 26°C - 30°C, only towards the end of our trip it began to rain. This needs to be taken into account depending on your luck. The sea was warm 30°C, but with big waves and turbidity, you can’t buy it. We constantly went to Layan Beach, where the sea was calm. We rented a bike, it’s not very expensive, but we explored the entire island and felt the spirit of freedom.
April in Phuket, Thailand offers ideal weather for a holiday. The sun is bright, the sky is blue, and the sea is warm and invites you to plunge into its embrace. Short rains only refresh the evenings, without interfering with enjoying the tropical beauties of the island. Nature reveals itself in all its glory, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Come in April - and your vacation will be filled with bright impressions and joy!
Although Pattaya is a year-round holiday destination, I would prefer to go there in winter with children. Very humid and hot in summer for families with children. In terms of savings, of course, prices are cheaper in summer, so despite the humidity and heat, and of course the rains, there are a lot of vacationers at this time. It’s difficult to fall in love after Phuket, but it’s possible. Charming Thailand is my love. I will definitely come back again and again.
I don’t recommend going to Thailand in the summer, it’s a real disappointment from such a vacation. Rains, rains and more rains, the temperature is + 31-33°C, parky and hot. There is also a fairly strong wind, which creates high waves, making it not entirely safe to swim. The nature is beautiful, of course, we saw the sights and went on excursions. At night +26-28°C and most often rain. Before arriving, check the weather, depending on your luck.
Upon arrival in Samui, we were greeted by rain, which was a little alarming, but we knew about this possibility in June. Fortunately, in the following days he was only occasionally present. And of course it was warm, about 30 degrees, the water in the sea was the same temperature. The humidity was felt, but not exactly like in a bathhouse, but quite normal. Among the advantages, I would like to point out that it is a clean sea, a free beach, an abundance of inexpensive fruits, and we purchased tickets at a reasonable price.
Last year in August I was on holiday in Pattaya. The weather during this period is very specific. The air temperature was high, and so was the water temperature. But the heat here at this time is associated with high humidity, and towards the end of the month it rains more and more often. But you can find time to swim in the sea and go on an excursion. Beaches and hotels at this time become more accessible as the flow of tourists decreases. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
When our friends found out that we were going to Thailand in July, they tried to dissuade us and threatened us with heavy rains. In fact, either “the devil is not so terrible,” or we were just lucky, but everything turned out okay. We went in the first half of the month. The sun shone almost every day. Yes, it was cloudy, but it didn’t really interfere with my tan. The temperature is about 30-33 degrees. There was only one downpour, once there was a thunderstorm and two more times there was light rain. True, the pairing was a little annoying, but overall we had a great and inexpensive vacation.
