It cools, but not much and not for long. You dry out after swimming in less than a minute, and it is generally impossible to walk on the sand with your bare feet - it burns like a hot iron. On our first trip to the sea, we were burned within half an hour. It is possible to go swimming only in the early morning. You can completely forget about excursions - your body can’t stand it.

In May 2023, my husband and I vacationed in Egypt in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh. My husband ordered tours through an agency. Excellent hotel Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort Managed By Accor. Nice, cozy rooms. The weather there in May is simply superb. During the day the air temperature is approximately +35 +40 degrees. At night, a little colder, the temperature dropped to +25 +23 degrees. During all 10 days of our vacation it was sunny and there was no rain. We went to the beach every day, swam and sunbathed. In order to avoid getting sunburned, you must have cream with you. Since the nights were warm, we walked around the city until late in the evening and didn’t even think about outerwear. We also managed to go on several excursions. We visited Cairo - Ancient pyramids, the Sphinx and many more interesting things... The most important thing is that the weather did not let us down... I recommend that if you go on vacation to Egypt, then in May.

Upon arrival in Egypt, it seemed that the sun would completely incinerate us, but after a period of adaptation, it became easier to bear the heat of +37-40°C. There's not even a hint of clouds in sight in midsummer, so sunscreen is vital. The water temperature is around +29°C, very warm and cool, I love water like this. It was also hot at night +30-33°C and the air conditioner was not turned off all night. By the time we left, we had already gotten used to the heat.

Egypt's most popular resort, Sharm El Sheikh. We vacationed there in July. The trip was unforgettable. The Red Sea is great! We made a trip to the capital of Egypt, Cairo. This month in Egypt, and even more so in Sharm el-Sheikh, is always very hot. But if you are always near the sea, on the beach, then you don’t feel the heat very much, since you are constantly swimming in the water. During the day it was from + 35 to + 38 degrees. At lunchtime it’s already +38. At this time we left the beach and returned after 15-00. Because the sun is very active during this period. We were warned that, especially during this interval, it is possible to get sunburn and heatstroke. You probably won’t be able to take a walk somewhere, even in the evening, since the air is very humid and there’s practically nothing to breathe. You constantly have to be indoors, where there are air conditioners. At night the temperature ranged from + 27 to + 29 degrees. But regardless of this, the holiday was amazing. The sea is well warmed up during this period and is conducive to long swimming. The weather on vacation did not cause us any disappointment. We had a wonderful vacation, a lot of impressions.

My sister and nephew flew to the sea in October. The holiday was chosen during the most comfortable period of the year and with a location in a windless bay. Therefore, in Sharm the choice fell on hotels in the Hadaba area. It was quite hot, but comfortable (30+ - I think autumn/spring is the ideal time for Egypt), with a light breeze (but not strong, since the hotel is in a bay, which helped withstand this heat. There were no low tides (on the contrary, there was even good tide) In terms of weather, October is a great time, and if you choose the right place, it’s generally ideal.

We vacationed in Sharm el-Sheikh in March. To my pleasant surprise, the weather was very comfortable during this period. During the day it reached 27 degrees, not very stuffy, but hot in the sun. A light breeze saved me; in some places it seemed a little cool, but for me it was much more comfortable. The water temperature is comfortable, but after about half an hour of swimming you can already freeze. At night the temperature dropped to about 16-18 degrees; in the evening we wore jeans and bikers for a walk. There was no rain or gloomy weather during my stay. Always sunny and cloudless. The best time for sunbathing is from 7 am to lunch.

Last year in May I was in Egypt in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh. I booked the trip through a travel agency; there were no problems with the flight or hotel. The weather was great, the whole vacation was sunny, there was no rain. It was a little hot, but just right for the beach. The water in the sea is warm at this time, you can swim as much as you like. The nights here at this time are also very warm, you can walk until late and not think about outerwear.

I don’t tolerate heat well, so I fly on vacation in winter or spring. Egypt in December is quite warm, but not stuffy like in summer. It never rains, the sun shines every day. The thermometer readings do not exceed +26-29°C. You can and should swim, the water is warm +23-24°C, but it’s better after 12:00, it’s more comfortable. There is wind and it is cold to get out of the water. In the evenings +18-21°C, a good temperature for me, but it depends on who you like.

I didn’t think that in March you could have a great time on the beach, sunbathing and swimming. It is better to find a hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh in the bay, there is no wind there and it is more comfortable or something. During the day +26-33°C, during my stay the sun shone every day, there were no clouds. At night +16-20°C after the sun, the refreshing coolness is a joy. Sea water corresponds to a value of +23°C at the beginning of the month and +24°C at the end.
