It's already a bit hot here in May, IMHO. And this year the weather is predicted to be even hotter. Our temperature rose to forty degrees a couple of times (in the sun, I think it was more). On average, +35 is standard. In general, I could only walk at night, when there was no sun and the air was +23-25. I don’t quite understand those who travel to this desert in the middle of summer, sit in their rooms, or what, at +45 in the shade? The water is great, of course. Very warm, but at least a little cooling. I just couldn’t get out of it. Next time I’ll fly in early spring or late autumn.

From Hurghada we went on excursions to Cairo, the pyramids in Giza, and the Egyptian Museum. The story is very interesting, the guide is Russian speaking, we had a great time. The weather was sunny every day +29-33°C, a Panama hat and sunglasses were mandatory accessories. The beach is of high quality, fine sand, the entry into the sea is smooth without stones, the water in May warms up enough for swimming +22°C in the first half of the month, and +25°C starting from the second.

When we were choosing a tour for the month of April, we were offered a holiday in Marsa Alam at a good price. And you know, we were not disappointed in our choice. It was warm 26°C - 30°C, the sun was shining well. In the evening it became fresher, I sometimes wore denim. The sea for swimming was a suitable 24°C. Winds blew periodically, which is not uncommon at this time of year. It’s quite a suitable month for a beach holiday; we sunbathed and swam to our hearts’ content.

Last year I flew to Egypt to Marsa Alam in April. I chose this place because I really wanted to go to the sea. In April, the weather here is excellent, warm, comfortable to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach, but not too hot. It’s also warm at night, you can walk until late. There was no precipitation, the whole holiday was sunny. There are no problems with hotels at this time either, I arrived and checked in immediately. I recommend this city for a holiday.

If you want to go to the sea for the New Year, I can recommend Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt. Here in January the weather is excellent, warm during the day, you can sunbathe and swim. The nights are colder; for evening walks you need to dress warmer. But this does not affect the sea temperature; you can safely swim during the day. There is no rain, it is sunny all the time. There are not very many tourists at this time, but not a few either. A great place to relax by the sea in winter.

We fly to Egypt every year in early or mid-April. This is my personal life hack on how you can extend your summer. It turns out that we fly away when it’s still cold here, and return when it’s already full-fledged spring, almost summer. The sea is already very warm, about +23. The air is not too hot yet, but already below +30. The days are clear and sunny. It's a great time to bring a chocolate tan from Egypt and maintain it here in the summer)

In May, you can relax in Khurkhad without fear of bad weather. During this period there is no rain, the sun shines every day, and the air temperature is +29-33°C. The Red Sea offers a fairly wide range of water activities, including boat trips on a boat or yacht, where you can see gorgeous coral reefs, diving, kite surfing, snorkeling, and windsurfing. The sea water is excellent +25°C, the sand is fine and white, sunbathing and swimming are a pleasure.

My husband and I have 3 children. Every year we try to go on vacation together. Last year, the vacation fell in April, after looking at many options from hot countries, the choice fell on Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh. April is considered the first month when swimming in the sea becomes comfortable. Magic sea and underwater world! I was pleased with the price for the tour, the beach, the hotel, the novelty of oriental culture. The infrastructure was developed, the combination of a coral reef and sandy beaches. As for the temperature, it ranges from +16 to +35. And in conclusion, one more piece of advice. Wherever you go on vacation, remember: in what mood you go, you will have such a vacation. I had a great time in a gorgeous place. Last year I visited the famous resort in November, where during the day the air rises to +27 °C and there is no significant precipitation this month. Here the optimal balance between coolness and extreme heat is achieved. Near the resort there are mountains that become a barrier to gusty winds. Overall, I got the most vivid emotions and impressions from this vacation.

What could be better than a holiday on the Red Sea, white warm sand, camels, pyramids, of course it’s all about Hurghada. A wonderful resort, in June the thermometer shows +34-36°C, it’s a little hot if you’re in the sun, but on the beach under an umbrella it’s quite good, a hat is required even in the water, the tan sticks instantly. The water is +26°C, we dived with a mask, it was very beautiful underwater. The evening air feels at +29°C, comfortable even without air conditioning.
