It was my first time in Greece, and I wanted to get acquainted with its sights. The area is incredibly beautiful and the architecture is well preserved, there is something to see and places to go on excursion routes. The weather was fine, the daytime temperature was around +18-22°C, there was no rain. Evenings are fresher, temperatures range between +16-18°C. Frankly speaking, it’s too early for swimming; the water warms up to only 17°C at the beginning of the month, and up to +21°C at the end.

Corfu is an unusually aesthetic and even elite resort in Greece. The architecture is well preserved, for example, the 1816 art museum and other unique historical buildings. Average temperature values in June during the day are +26°C and at night +20°C, respectively. The abundance of beaches with golden sands pleases us. The water is refreshing within +22°C. One of the unpleasant things to note is the wind, which often gets stronger in the evening, but these are the characteristics of the island.

We went to Greece in May. The weather at this time is usually stable, precipitation is extremely rare, and if it does occur, it is short-lived. The air warms up to +23-25°C during the daytime. It is better to choose the end of the month for your trip; the temperature at night rises by several degrees, and accordingly, sea water is already considered less attractive for swimming. If at the beginning of May the water in the Mediterranean Sea, which is considered warmer than the Aegean, is +19-20°C, then at the end it is +22-24°C.

Rhodes is a large island that combines rich culture, fascinating history and vibrant nightlife. My friend and I were there in April, when it’s not too hot yet it’s comfortable to walk around the medieval old town of Rhodes, looking at the classical architecture, bridges, churches and other attractions. The weather allowed us to enjoy our holiday, the minimum temperature during the day was +18°C, and the maximum was +22°C. When the sun set below the horizon, the thermometer dropped to +14-16°C. All days were clear, sometimes the wind was quite strong and reached 7 m/s. The water is heated to +18°C, of course it’s too early to swim, but getting some fresh air is very useful.

The weather in Crete in October is very summery. The days were sunny, only occasionally cloudy. We had a full beach holiday, with daytime temperatures around 25°C and a warm sea of 23°C. We explored many areas of the island, visited the botanical garden, olive farm and famous caves. We had a wonderful holiday with the whole family in a warm and mild climate, without sultry heat and rain.

Crete is nice in May. I recommend more the end of the month. Then it’s guaranteed to be warm there: 25-28, and the water is warm enough. Well, maybe 19-22 degrees. Yes, not fresh milk, but it can’t be compared to our rivers. Our people swim everywhere even at +17. They say that already at the end of April some people swim here, although this is not yet the season. I liked that at this time there is no fierce heat, and you can walk everywhere without exhaustion.

I went to Greece not only for the beach and sea, but first of all to see the country, nature, and sights. In May, prices for tours are not yet very high, because... At this time, the tourist season is just beginning here. During the day it’s already very warm: 22-25 degrees, at night it’s not hot, but the temperature is also below 20. The water is warm, also about 20 degrees, you can even swim in the evening if you’re not a cold person.

We flew on vacation to Crete in the 3rd decade of June. The weather was great for us. The bright sun shone all days, and the air temperature reached +27-29°C. The sea water temperature was about +24°C, maximum relaxation, as for me. I don’t like extreme heat; Greece in the first half of summer is a heavenly pleasure for relaxation. At sunset, it’s nice to relax in a cozy restaurant, the air temperature is within + 21-24°C.

Last year I decided to go on vacation to the island of Crete in Greece. I had a vacation in the month of May. I really liked the nature on the island; during my stay there were not many tourists and I was able to visit all the sights. The weather was good, it was cool in the first days, but in the second half of the month it was already possible to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach. There was practically no precipitation. I was pleased.

Before I started choosing a place to holiday, I had never heard anything about the island of Corfu. As a result, I read about it on the Internet and decided to fly. One of the reasons is the climate, which suits me. Flew in May. In this place, the temperature on the island is kept at 24-25 degrees. At night the average is 14 degrees. The nature is incredible. During the day I want to walk, spend time outside and visit as many attractions as possible.
